Each clinic manages patient and owner records, examination and treatment history, vaccinations and appointments in its own workspace; isolation between clinics is enforced directly in the database with PostgreSQL Row Level Security. MK Pati AI does not replace the veterinarian: it summarizes patient history, tidies up examination notes and drafts owner updates, but never diagnoses or suggests medication and dosage. Pet owners join a portal by clinic invitation to follow vaccinations and appointments, and can request appointments or medication by text or voice; every request goes through clinic approval.
